RC21NY, RD21NY, RG21NY, RJ21NY, RK21NY, RL21NY, RM21NY, RN21NY, RO21NY, RQ21NY,  RT21NY, RU21NY, RV21NY, RW21NY, RX21NY, RY21NY, RZ21NY, R21HNY.

Für das Bronze-Diplom „Russland Neujahr“ sind 45 Punkte notwendig,
Für das Silber-Diplom „Russland Neujahr“ sind 50 Punkte notwendig,
Für das Gold-Diplom „Russland Neujahr“ sind 55 Punkte notwendig,

Wiederholte QSOs sind nur für verschiedene Bänder und verschiedene Modulationsarten zulässig.

Das Diplom ist kostenlos und wird über die Webseite https://hamlog.online/ elektronisch ausgestellt.
