Rules:
You must have 10 two-way contacts with islands located on the Baltic Sea.
All Islands will be taken into account, regardless the size or population. The only condition is that area must be surrounded by salted Baltic water.
GCR list of all contacts made is required with names if available and 7 US$ (8 US$ airmail) or appropriate payment in IRC's (1 US$ = 2 IRC).
