How to get the AWARD:

The award is issued to OM/SWL who will make 5 or more QSO/HRD with any radio amateur station on the day of his/her birthday. The date of your birthday must be unique on the application, no other date is allowed. Example : if your birthday is on June 3 your application must show 5 QSO/HRD only on June 3. You may apply for different years, example: June 3, 2004 or June 3 2007 etc.

Endorsement is available for mode and band.

QSO validity 1.1.1985. QSL cards used for application must be in possession of the applicant but they are not to be sent with your application.
The award is free, and sent as a PDF file (JPG on request).
