FT8 CJCA RULES

In recognition of internationaltwo-way FT8amateur radio communication, the FT8 Digital Mode Club (FT8DMC) issues Captain James Cook Award certificates to amateur radio stations of the world.

Qualification for the FT8 CJCA award is based on an examination by the FT8 CJCA Award Manager, from QSOs that the applicant has made contact with amateur radio stations from the following Classes:

Sailor Class:             one QSO from G, FO, ZL2, VK2 & KH6.
Officer Class:           requires all Sailor Class plus ZL1, ZL3, ZL4, VK3, VK4 & P2.
Commander Class:  requires all Officer Class plus VE2, VO, FK8 & KL7.
Admiral Class:         requires all Commander Class plus YJ8, CE8 and any Antarctica station.

All contacts must be made from the same country.
