Rules:
The rules are easy and all you have to do is to send to Editor an application form including
at least 7 contact's with Maritime Mobile Amateur Radios
from all over the world.
GCR list of all contacts made is required with names if available and 7 US$ (8 US$ airmail) or appropriate payment in IRC's (1 US$ = 2 IRC).
